Advised in AIM-listed genetics, health and nutrition products and solutions developer’s US$ 342 million takeover of a pioneering company in the aquaculture industry

Mr. Xue has published dozens of articles and a number of books/guidance both in the UK and in China, including articles and book on raising finance in the UK through public listings, IPR strategies entering into the Chinese market and textbooks for Chinese legal professionals.

Mr. Xue has also been invited by BBC to give talks over Chinese issues, acted as the keynote speaker/chairman at national conferences both in the UK and China, and presented in TV program "Invest in the UK" broadcasted by Beijing Television Station and Shenzhen Television Station. Mr Xue also teach cross border M&A at the Lawyers School of the Renmin University of China in his capacity of a visiting professor.
